Why MemorCRM is built on Odoo: advantages for Central Asian developers, and Deep Vision's role

What an Odoo foundation gives a developer, and why MemorCRM is implemented by Deep Vision, the team that built it.

Published: 5 min read
Short answer: Because MemorCRM is built on Odoo, it is more than a standalone CRM: sales, accounting, purchasing, inventory and construction projects can share one database, the interface is available in Uzbek, and it connects to Uzbekistan's localization and local services (Click, Payme, Eskiz, Telegram). It is developed and implemented by Deep Vision, an official Odoo Gold Partner in Tashkent founded by Amon Olimov.

When choosing a CRM, a developer usually asks one question: "is it convenient for selling apartments?". Two or three years later other questions appear: how sales data reaches accounting, how construction costs compare with sales, and who will keep developing the system. This article explains what being built on Odoo gives construction companies in Central Asia, and why Deep Vision is the team that implements MemorCRM.

What is Odoo, and why build a CRM on it?

Odoo is an open-source business platform that combines sales, accounting, inventory, purchasing, projects, HR and other modules in one database.

A standalone CRM covers only sales, and the other processes stay in other programs. Data gets copied by hand and numbers stop matching. MemorCRM on Odoo covers sales and leaves room to connect the company's other processes to the same system when needed. More on modules: Odoo ERP modules.

What does an Odoo foundation give a developer?

One database, from sales to accounting

An apartment is sold, a payment arrives, and the same figures appear in accounting and in management reports. Odoo 19 includes an official Uzbekistan accounting localization: the national chart of accounts, 12% VAT and the taxpayer number (STIR). On the construction side, purchasing, inventory and project modules track materials and costs, so management sees sales and spending per block side by side. More: ERP for construction companies.

An Uzbek-language interface

Among the global ERPs we checked (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite), only Odoo offers an Uzbek interface. In the Odoo 19 source code, the Deep Vision team (Amon Olimov, Jonibek Yorqulov) is credited in 360 of 376 Uzbek translation files, with about 97% of 60,618 strings translated. Salespeople, cashiers and management work in their own language, and Russian and English are available too. More: Odoo in Uzbek.

Local integrations

MemorCRM connects to services already used in Uzbekistan: Telegram and a Telegram bot, Instagram/Facebook ads, Eskiz.uz SMS, OnlinePBX telephony, Click and Payme. Deep Vision also has ready Odoo modules for Didox e-invoicing and Asl Belgisi digital marking.

Data stays in Uzbekistan

According to MemorCRM, its server is in Uzbekistan and data is encrypted and backed up daily. That fits the in-country storage requirement of Article 27-1 of the Law "On Personal Data" (Mondaq); confirm the exact requirements with your lawyer.

A system that grows with the company

Today you need sales. Tomorrow you may add rentals, after-sales service, HR or production (concrete or precast, for example). On Odoo that means adding a module to the existing system, not buying a new program.

Why does Deep Vision implement MemorCRM?

MemorCRM is Deep Vision's own product: the team that built it is the team that rolls it out and develops it.

The facts:

  • Deep Vision is an official Odoo Gold Partner in Tashkent. Gold is Odoo's highest partner tier and requires 300 new Enterprise users a year, 6 certified experts and at least 80% customer retention (Odoo).
  • Deep Vision has 7 certified Odoo experts, more than 20 client references and 89% customer retention (Odoo partner page).
  • According to Deep Vision, MemorCRM runs in more than 40 residential complexes, over 12,000 apartments have been sold through it, and sales conversion rose by 25% on average.
  • The portfolio includes the construction-sector project RockBeton (portfolio).
  • Deep Vision teaches Odoo at 3 universities to more than 300 students a year and helps clients find staff who already know Odoo.
  • Projects run in Uzbek and Russian, and Deep Vision works in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries.

Implementation quality decides the outcome: Prosci found that 88% of projects with excellent change management met or exceeded their objectives, against 13% with poor change management (Prosci). That is why Deep Vision treats training salespeople and cashiers as part of the rollout, alongside data migration and integrations.

Self-check: will your CRM still fit in three years?

  • Is sales data copied into accounting by hand?
  • Does the system work in Uzbek?
  • Are Click, Payme and Telegram connected?
  • In which country is the data server?
  • Will a new department mean buying a new program?
  • Does the team that built the system work in your city?
