If you structure your business perfectly, how long will that system remain stable?

You have defined strong team values, documented your business model, clarified your strategy and mission—everything looks ideal. But over time, employees change, rules start to fade, and deviations begin to appear.

Digital solution: Embed all rules into the system so they cannot be bypassed.

For example, if an employee in position A tries to handle process X in a way that does not meet your standards, the system will have predefined checks that prevent it.

Simple, right? Even if you are not involved in daily operations, the system continues to function correctly.

There are different types of such solutions depending on your needs. You can choose and implement one yourself, or contact us—we will help you select and implement the most suitable system. We work with the most advanced software solutions on the market.

How often do you conduct inventory checks?

Many business owners do it quarterly or once a year. But that’s too late for making accurate decisions. Those who understand its importance do it monthly—or even weekly.Buni muhimligini bilgan tadbirkorlar oyiga va hatto haftasiga ham qilisharkan.

So how can you conduct inventory quickly and without errors?

1. Perform inventory on-site using a TSD device. With a special mode, you can quickly and accurately input each product.

2. To speed up the process, use barcodes for every product. If unavailable, you can generate QR codes yourself. Instead of placing them on every box, attaching them to the shelf is enough.

3. In the TSD device, instead of asking “There should be X units of product A, correct?”, switch to “Enter the actual quantity of product A.” This ensures more responsible and unbiased input from employees.

4. Assign the comparison of system stock and inventory results to another employee. Instead of checking everything at once, use the system to randomly verify 10–15 items daily. Keep adjustments under your control.

This way, processes become faster, and frequent inventory checks help you quickly detect and fix discrepancies and errors.

How can you accurately manage a raw materials warehouse?

Imagine a manufacturing business where you don’t have the budget for an extra warehouse employee, but you still want precise tracking of raw material consumption. In many cases, raw materials are scattered directly on the shop floor, and employees take as much as they need without strict control.

Digital solution in this case:

First, create a Bill of Materials (BoM) — a technical card for each product in advance.

At the end of each day, record the finished products into the finished goods warehouse.

Then, in your management Excel, apply a formula: for every X units of finished product, the corresponding raw materials are automatically deducted from the raw materials inventory. If your products require many types of materials, implementing a software solution can make this process several times easier.

At the end of each week or month, perform inventory checks and consider 1–3% production losses (scrap) depending on the type of production.

In this way, you can control raw material inventory through the finished goods warehouse.

You only have a few accountants, but dozens of sales managers. 🤔

A payment has been received. What’s next? Usually, accountants work in a separate system, so they notify others via paper, phone calls, or Telegram. This often leads to missed messages or delays.

What if we move everything into one unified system? Once the accountant enters the payment into the system, it automatically becomes visible to the sales manager and warehouse manager. They can immediately proceed with order fulfillment without wasting time.

As a result, the time spent on dozens of daily calls between sales, accounting, and warehouse teams is saved, allowing employees to focus on generating more sales.

Through digitalization, we helped our client increase sales in exactly this way.

Do you want to boost your sales through digital transformation?

In B2B sales, the longer it takes to finalize a contract after a phone agreement, the lower the chance of retaining the client.

Your sales manager closed the deal over the phone. The next step is signing the contract and processing the payment. However, it takes 2–3 hours for your accountant to prepare the contract with all details. During this time, the client may review competitors’ offers or reconsider the purchase. In such cases, 30–40% of deals can be lost. The reason is simple: few accountants, many sales managers. 🤔

How we solved this: We enabled automatic contract generation via DIDOX directly from the CRM system.

Now, during the deal, sales managers collect the client’s tax ID (INN). Once entered into the CRM, all data is auto-filled, and with one click, the contract is generated and sent to Didox.

The client doesn’t even have time to reconsider.

As a result, the 2–3 hours previously spent on daily calls between sales, accounting, and warehouse teams are saved, allowing staff to focus on additional sales.

Through digitalization, we helped our client increase sales in exactly this way.

What is Digital Transformation in Business?

We tested strategies to increase revenue through digitalization in several businesses.

The results are promising: today, by strengthening digitalization, any business can optimize processes and increase revenue. It doesn’t always require large-budget ERP systems or complex platforms. Depending on the stage and challenges of a business, different tools can be implemented to solve specific problems.

Currently, different specialists try to solve business problems from their own perspectives: HR focuses on people, finance on numbers, and Kaizen experts apply their methodologies. However, without embedding these improvements into a digital system, it becomes difficult to sustain and manage them effectively.

In short, any business can grow by strengthening digitalization and undergoing digital transformation. If you want to try it, reach out—I’m open to discussion and ready to help.
