Timsoll: 18 Branches, 7,000+ SKUs and the Order Established with Odoo ERP

Sometimes the best advertising is a true story told by the customer themselves. Today's article is exactly that: the experience of implementing Odoo ERP in partnership with DeepVision, shared by Abduhakim Abdurahmonov — founder of Timsoll, a company with more than 15 years of history selling spare parts for cars manufactured in Uzbekistan.

About Timsoll in Brief

Timsoll is a company that has operated in the Uzbek market for over 15 years, selling spare parts for locally manufactured cars. Today the company:

  • Has more than 18 branches
  • Operates through 1 central warehouse and 1 distribution hub
  • Manages an assortment of more than 7,000 SKUs (stock keeping units)

Running a business of this scale — many branches, thousands of product types and complex logistics — on paper or with scattered software is practically impossible. That is exactly why the Timsoll team set out to find an ERP system.

Why Odoo?

Abduhakim Abdurahmonov names flexibility as the main reason for choosing Odoo. In his words, business changes constantly — the way you work today may need to be reconfigured tomorrow as the situation changes. As the company grew, it looked for software that could adapt quickly to such changes, and Odoo met exactly that requirement.

In addition, since the company planned to open many new branches, the need to manage all of them through one single system was another decisive factor in Odoo's favour.

The Main Problem Before Odoo: Lack of Information

The founder of Timsoll openly admits the biggest problem before Odoo was implemented: there was not enough information to make the right decisions. As a result, management decisions were often based on guesswork and experience rather than precise numbers.

What Changed with Odoo: the Results

1. All Processes in One Place, Driven by Numbers

Odoo gave Timsoll real-time visibility not just in one department but across sales, warehousing and every other process. This significantly simplified management and made it possible to take decisions based on data.

2. New Product (SKU) Onboarding — from 6–8 Months to 2–3 Days

This is perhaps the most striking figure in Timsoll's experience. Before Odoo, fully entering and launching new product types in the system (at a scale of 2,000–3,000 SKUs) took an average of 6 to 8 months.

After Odoo went live — because every item automatically receives a code and its own storage location (bin) — this process shrank to 2–3 days. That means the process became roughly 60–80 times faster.

3. Managing a Multi-Branch Structure in a Single System

Timsoll initially started with three branches — in Namangan, Andijan and Fergana. When the company planned to grow the number of branches, the need to unite them all in one program became one of the main reasons for moving to Odoo. Today Timsoll operates in 18 cities, and every branch is controlled through a single system.

4. Profit and Loss Analysis per Store and per Product

Odoo gave the Timsoll team the ability to see clearly whether each store (outlet) is operating at a profit or a loss. The company is now taking this analysis deeper, working to determine profitability at the level of each individual product — because a product that looks profitable on the surface may not actually deliver real profit. Such fine detail can only be uncovered with accurate data.

From the Customer's Review

"With Odoo we can now clearly see the profit and loss of each outlet… Now you make well-grounded decisions."

— Abduhakim Abdurahmonov, founder of Timsoll

At the end of the conversation, the founder of Timsoll thanks the Odoo and DeepVision teams for the partnership.

Conclusion: Why This Experience Matters

The Timsoll case shows that ERP systems are not only for large international corporations. A local Uzbek company with 18 branches, 7,000+ SKUs and complex logistics used Odoo to:

  • Speed up new product onboarding by tens of times
  • Establish precise profit and loss control for every branch and product
  • Move all processes into a single system managed in real time
