Short answer: 7Saber, the sportswear brand that outfits Uzbekistan's Olympic team and its national football team, moved its whole business onto Odoo with Deep Vision. Manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, stores and POS, the loyalty program, demand forecasting and financial reporting now run in one database. This article covers what the project included and what growth options a system like this opens for a brand of this kind.

From the outside, a sportswear brand looks simple: release a collection, put it in the store, sell it. Inside, it is a complex machine. One T-shirt model in 5 sizes and 3 colors becomes 15 separate products in the warehouse. It needs fabric, thread, trims and printing. Finished goods go to several stores, an online store and team orders. Each channel has its own prices, promotions and return rules. When data breaks anywhere in that chain, the brand either ties up cash in stock or loses sales.

That is the problem 7Saber solved with Deep Vision.

Who is 7Saber?

7Saber is an Uzbek sportswear and lifestyle brand founded in Tashkent in 2021 (client reference on Deep Vision's Odoo partner page). The brand makes professional sportswear and sports equipment, and sells men's, women's and kids' clothing, footwear and accessories through its own stores, its online store and a mobile app.

The brand's place in sport is well documented in public sources:

  • 7Saber has been the official partner of Uzbekistan's Olympic team, making the team's outfits for Tokyo 2020, the Beijing 2022 Winter Games and Paris 2024 (Afisha.uz, Kun.uz).
  • In August 2025 the Uzbekistan Football Association announced that the national team would play in 7Saber kits. The team qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup for the first time in its history (UzDaily).

In other words, this is the brand Uzbekistan's strongest athletes and teams wear. According to Deep Vision, 7Saber products also sell in international markets, and the brand keeps expanding abroad.

What problems exist before a project like this?

Fast-growing brands of this type usually share the same picture:

  • Production and sales live apart. The workshop uses its own spreadsheet, the store its own till, accounting its own software. Answering "which model makes money?" takes the owner several days and several files.
  • Size and color stock is unreliable. Size M is gone in the store, but it is sitting in the warehouse and nobody knows.
  • Raw materials are ordered late. The workshop learns the fabric has run out when work stops.
  • Customers are anonymous. There is no way to tell who comes back and who bought once and left.
  • Forecasts run on gut feeling. How many kits to sew before a big tournament or season is a guess by an experienced employee.

This list is not an internal audit of 7Saber. It is the typical situation we see at companies in this industry, and the goal of the 7Saber project was to remove exactly these gaps.

What did Deep Vision automate?

In this project, Odoo brought these processes into one system:

  • Manufacturing: collections and models, size and color variants, bills of materials (fabric, thread, trims, printing), manufacturing orders and finished-goods cost.
  • Warehouse: raw material and finished-goods stock, variant-level tracking, transfers between branches, stock counts.
  • Supply chain: suppliers, purchase orders, automatic replenishment by minimum-stock rules.
  • Retail and stores: an Odoo POS till in each store, shifts, returns and exchanges.
  • Loyalty program: customer card, earning and spending points, promo codes and campaigns.
  • Forecasting: demand and purchase plans based on sales history.
  • Financial reporting: profit and loss, cash flow, margin by item and channel.

We wrote a separate article for each area: manufacturing and supply chain, stores, POS and loyalty, and forecasting and financial reporting.

Why does one system matter so much?

The core idea is simple: every T-shirt sold at the till updates the warehouse, the purchase plan, the forecast and the profit report at the same moment. Nobody re-enters anything.

This single source of truth gives a brand three big things:

  1. Speed. Decisions are made where the data already is, without days spent gathering it.
  2. Control. Every action, from fabric receipt to the store receipt, shows who did it and when.
  3. Scale. A new store, country or channel extends the system instead of rebuilding it. More on this: keeping order as branches multiply.

What reports does the system give a brand like this?

These are the reports typically set up in Odoo for a brand that manufactures and sells sportswear:

  • Sales and stock by collection, model, size and color.
  • Store ranking: revenue, average ticket, conversion.
  • Actual cost and gross margin of every item.
  • Running-low sizes and dead-stock lists.
  • Share of loyalty customers and repeat purchases.
  • Raw-material purchase plan and supplier reliability.
  • Demand forecast and seasonal plan.
  • P&L, cash flow and IFRS-based financial reports.

Impact on business growth: our hypotheses

Important: the points below are not measured 7Saber results. They are Deep Vision's hypotheses about what Odoo usually opens up for brands of this type, plus figures from global research.

1. Fewer lost sales. According to IHL Group, global retail lost about $1.77 trillion in 2023 to out-of-stocks and overstocks (Retail TouchPoints). Accurate size and color stock plus automatic replenishment can noticeably cut a brand's share of that loss. Running out of fans' jerseys on a national-team match day is especially expensive.

2. Cash comes out of the warehouse. When a slow-selling model shows up early, the decision to discount it or stop producing it comes faster. Frozen working capital goes to work on the next collection.

3. More repeat customers. Bain & Company's estimate, cited by Harvard Business Review, is that raising customer retention by 5% can lift profits by 25% to 95% (HBR). A loyalty program and purchase history are the tools for that growth.

4. Sharper forecasts. McKinsey estimates AI-driven forecasting can cut supply-chain errors by 20–50% (McKinsey). A plan that accounts for seasons, tournaments and promotions reduces both overproduction and shortages.

5. A system ready for international growth. Odoo supports multiple currencies, companies and languages. Entering a new market means adding a company or warehouse to the existing system, not buying new software.

Illustrative example: if a brand sells 100,000 garments a year and recovers just 2% of lost sales, that is 2,000 extra sales. These numbers only show the logic of the calculation; they are not 7Saber data.

Who is this case useful for?

  • Clothing and footwear brands that manufacture and sell through their own stores.
  • Makers of sports equipment, team kits and merchandise.
  • Retail chains with several branches, an online store and a wholesale channel.
  • Uzbek brands planning to export.

Frequently asked questions

What software does 7Saber use?

Deep Vision automated 7Saber's manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, stores, POS, loyalty, forecasting and finance in Odoo.

Can manufacturing and retail run in one system?

Yes. In Odoo, manufacturing (MRP), inventory, POS and accounting share one database, so a sale at the till shows up in stock and reports immediately.

How long does a project like this take?

It depends on the number of modules, branches and integrations. Projects are usually phased: warehouse and sales first, then manufacturing, then forecasting and deeper analytics.

Who is Deep Vision?

Deep Vision is an Odoo Gold Partner in Tashkent. Its Odoo partner page lists 7Saber among its client references.
